- Made for BITSUMMIT Game Jam 2025
Submitted to one of Japan’s leading Indie game festivals - Programmed a game-wide state machine
This allows for easy editing of each game state - Drew and implemented many characters
Made a system to easily allow new characters to be added
This was a group project developed for the Bitsummit 2025 game jam, held in Kyoto Japan. I was given the oppurtunity to join this event alongside my team, as one of the first UK teams to ever participate in this huge Japanese Indie festival. It is available to download on the Bitsummit 2025 Itch page here.
The game is a multiplayer party game for up to 6 players. Players take turns being given a category and 6 characters, which then the current player will choose a character and answer the category for them. All remaining players will then have to unanimously choose the character the current player picked. This allowed for a lot of creativity on the player’s end, where they could come up with Names, sounds, jobs and more for each of the characters we designed. Below is a video explaining the programming I did for the project.
